The inspection is a visual and condition-based report performed on-site. It helps buyers understand the vehicle's visible condition before purchase.
However, the inspector may not be able to test-drive the vehicle due to insurance, seller, or location restrictions. Issues that only appear during actual driving, such as driving noise, vibration, or intermittent mechanical problems, may not be fully inspected.
Detailed underbody inspection may require a lift. If a lift is not available, underbody condition may be checked by available photos only.
The inspection does not replace the official Korean vehicle history report or manufacturer service diagnosis.
Official vehicle history records and on-site inspection serve different purposes. Official records show registered history, while on-site inspection helps identify visible condition that may not appear in official records.
